Recently there was a major power outage in southern California and one of our largest customers…a grocery store chain, required a large amount of dry ice to maintain their freezers in the affected area.  My normal supplier was not only enable to supply us but I was not even able to find anyone to speak with as it was after hours.  Pacific Dry Ice came through in a matter of an hour after we called with more than enough dry ice to satisfy our customer’s needs.
